Roger Marlow graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Computer Science in 1992 and has worked in the software industry ever since. His interests are primarily in making software teams productive and reliable. He has been part of an industry wide, grass-roots movement called Agile Software Development since its inception 10 years ago, primarily at world renowned Agile consultancy ThoughtWorks. More recently, recognising that many of the most influential advances in software, and the web in particular, have come from independent software developers rather than large corporates, Roger has been networking within that community and finding ways of bringing it to commercial markets through his company 7N.
Recently Roger has co-founded Health2Works with Steve Pashley and Robin Shorrock to help bring the potential of Web 2.0 to the NHS.
