My friends at The Health Informatics Service  have created a new consulting site for me in return for some days of my consulting time.

I've managed to sweet talk a couple of friends into helping out with the blog. Dr Jonathan Shapiro and Jeanne Hardacre are my unsuspecting victims. The new Guest Blogger section has more info.

I'm sure Jonathan and Jeanne's occassional contributions will offer visitors some new and flavourful 'food to chew on', whilst staying true to this blogs' principal purpose of trying to help people working within the NHS to more clearly identify needed change and manage it effectively.

 Anyway, time will tell.
