- I work as an independent Organisation Development, Strategy and Change Management consultant, working primarily with clients within the British National Health Service (NHS).
- In my career to-date I've worked as a manager in a NHS Health Authority, as an Organisation Development Adviser to an American not-for-profit healthcare provider system and as a healthcare OD consultant for the Kings Fund. More recently, in the late 90s, I was a founding Director of OD Partnerships Network and Knowledge Exchange.
- To be honest, the reason I started 'The Changing NHS' was to attract more potential clients to my consulting site. But now, 2 years in, I'd say that this is now a secondary consideration. The main benefit for me flows from the discipline of having to write down on a regular basis what I think about change management and the NHS.
